Who will deliver your item?

We use Parcel Force as our courier for parcels over 2kg. With their 99.6% hit rate and 18,000:1 loss figures we are sure you will receive your delivery as expected and in time for that important trip!

Orders under 2kg are sent Royal Mail 2nd class recorded, no tracking email is sent with this service or available from Royal Mail however an email will be sent from Cherry Carp when the order is complete and on its way. It is a signed for service to ensure piece of mind on delivery


United Kingdom Mainland

Small Parcels, up to 1.99kg – £5.00 – sent on a 2nd Class delivery.

A Standard 48 hour delivery for orders to UK mainland addresses* is:

  • 30kg to 32kg – £11.90
  • 32.1kg to 60kg – £15.00
  • 60.1kg to 62kg – £19.40
  • 62.1kg to 90kg – £22.50
  • 90.1kg to 92kg – £26.90
  • 92.1kg to 120kg – £30.00
  • 120.1kg to 122kg – £34.40
  • 122.1kg to 150kg – £37.50
  • 150.1kg to 152kg – £41.90
  • 152.1kg to 180kg – £45.00
  • 180.1kg to 182kg – £49.40
  • 182.1kg to 210kg – £52.50
  • 210.1kg to 212kg – £56.90
  • 212.1kg to 240kg – £60.00

How long does it take and what days do we despatch?

Items can be ordered on any business day but will be despatched Monday – Thursday excluding Bank Holidays these should usually be delivered within 1 business day (excluding weekends) (We do this to ensure your baits spend as little time as possible in the carrier network)

How do we notify you about the order delivery?

Once your order is packed and despatched we will send you an email confirming the tracking details, you will be able to track your delivery after 7.30 pm.

  • The tracking number can be used on the Parcel Force website to track your parcel.


What happens once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed a new order, and your payment was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order is placed and being processed.
If any of the items ordered are currently out of stock and will be for some time, you will receive an e-mail with a delivery update from ourselves.


Delivery issues

Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by our courier company with a range of options for re-delivery. Parcel Force will attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Cherry Carp. Your credit / debit card will not be credited due to the nature of the baits being shipped.

If you wish to redirect your delivery this can be arranged and is charged at cost. Please contact us if you wish to use this facility.


How to Track your parcel

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing. We may need to give the courier company your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. Please advise us if this is an issue at the time the order is placed.

We send our overseas orders by Parcel Force to ensure that full tracking details are available to our customers.


What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

Cherry Carp cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item as we are reliant on a third party to deliver this service. Cherry Carp will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged parcel. The goods must be signed for as damaged with the carrier.
